Added delete contact and property capability to the contact and property lists to help ensure a clean listing of contacts and properties.

Changed methodology to add new Contact, Property, and Proposal Request. This change should fix multiple copies being created on save.
Changed term “Building” to “Property” for consistency with project management system.
Changed sort order of certain grids putting “Last Modified” records on top of list.
Added the ability to change the number of rows shown on each page of most grids.
Other Changes and Bug Fixes.
